About the Opportunity

This is a permanent part-time position working 26–32 hours per week.
Flexibility is essential, as our operations run across a 7-day roster between 4:30am and 11:30pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and scheduling agency staff into client shifts
- Building robust relationships with clients and our staff members through daily communication
- Managing shift confirmations, changes, and cancellations
- Responding promptly to client staffing requests
- Ensuring all allocations are completed accurately and efficiently
- Updating staff availability and workforce records
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across a agile roster
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure. You’ll also bring:
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, or allocations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Previous experience in healthcare or aged care (highly regarded)
