We are looking for Project Managers to assist with our growth trajectory.

About you
To be successful in this role,
you will ideally have:
- Minimum of 5 years IT experience performing in a Project Manager role.
- Tertiary qualified and/or relevant industry certifications.
- Experience working and managing large and complex business and IT projects.
- Experience in software delivery (preferably with agile delivery experience) with a knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and Secure considered to be a distinct advantage
- Microsoft 365 migration experience highly desirable
- Experience with Project Management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, DSDM, PMBOK, etc)
- Experience in setting up strategic plans and change programs
- Experience in project management tools and management registers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with business and technical personnel
- Strong people and team leadership skills
- Technical/Development background or exposure within an IT consulting practice/environment highly desirable
- Possess a pro-active and positive attitude with a strong commitment to deliver results
- Experience in Business Analysis highly desirable
- Project Managers with Rail, Asset and Modern Workplace experience highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, own and manage the relationship with the clients. This includes managing customer expectations and maintaining positive customer relationships and outcomes. Be customer-centric!
- Manage and report on the utilisation, efficiency and delivery of projects and ensure targets are being met
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and resolve project issues in a timely manner
- For software/agile projects; ensure agile best practices are followed
