The Opportunity Join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of accounts payable activities. This position is responsible for managing the AP inbox, processing invoices and payment runs, matching invoices to goods receipts, and resolving supplier invoice discrepancies. You will also perform credit card and bank reconciliations, manage purchase orders and supplier claims, maintain accurate records within purchasing systems, and support month-end processes, including accruals and journal entries. Strong attention to detail, organisation,



and the ability to meet deadlines are essential for success in this role.
Requirements Desirable Certificate III in AccountingPerform daily account payables and receivables tasks and duties and ensure that all queries are attended in a timely matter.Experience in accounts payable/receivable and/or month end accountingConfident undertaking account payable and general accounting procedures effectively.
