The Role:

Under the guidance of the Branch manager with close mentorship lead the commercial division to achieve fabrication and installation requirements safely, on time and in full.

- Maintain high workplace safety standards by ensuring WHS procedures, appropriate PPE compliance, clean and organised work areas and applying safe practices across fabrication, in office glazing, and installation work.

- A varied role combining team-based factory work with onsite requirements, offering great work variety for the right candidate.

- Lead staff by coordinating workflow priorities, allocating tasks, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to required standards.

- Build strong relationships with staff and customers through transparent,



respectful communication to achieve successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.

- Manage raw material purchasing, stock control, and inventory levels to support efficient production and minimise delays.

- Drive daily workflow management by coordinating priorities, allocating resources, and supporting efficient branch operations in partnership with the Branch Manager.
