The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals. Daily tasks include delivering one-on-one therapy, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and communicating findings and recommendations to clients, families, and referrers. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, participating in case conferences, and contributing to service development and quality improvement.



The Speech Language Pathologist is expected to uphold professional and ethical standards while providing person-centered care.QualificationsSkills in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a range of communication needs.Experience working with and ability to tailor therapy to diverse ages and backgrounds.Competence in addressing Language Disorders.Current registration or eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Speech Pathology Australia) and adherence to professional standards.Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Good organizational skills, including time management, caseload prioritization, and accurate clinical record-keeping.Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Speech Language Therapy and eligibility to work in Australia.Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to engage in supervision, training, and evidence-based practice.
