We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Report Production & Administration Officer to join our team on a part time basis (3 days per week).
In this role, you will support a team of medical specialists and quality assurance professionals by preparing, formatting and coordinating independent medical assessment reports. You will manage dictation, document production and workflow processes, ensuring reports are delivered accurately, professionally and within strict deadlines.
Working closely with medical specialists, clients and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of reports while providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.
