We are seeking a highly experienced Revit Architect to join our clients team in Adelaide. They are a national retirement and commercial property developer. This particular role will be focused on working alongside another Senior Architect on one of the largest scale projects the team has had so far.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models meet the design intent, project requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models and 2D documentation in Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
- Interpret design sketches and translate them into detailed Revit models.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate models and resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain and manage Revit families, templates, and libraries.
- Assist in preparing BIM documentation, including shop drawings and construction documents.
- Ensure models comply with company BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
- Support clash detection, model audits, and quality control checks.
- Update and revise models as needed through project phases.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants to ensure model integrity and consistency.

CRITERIA
- Diploma or degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Revit Modeller or BIM Technician.
- Must have experience with high rise commercial and high rise apartment projects
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit
- Ideally 5 + years experience
- Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in commercia, multi level and/or hospitality projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.
- Familiarity with IFC workflows and open BIM standards.
