Complete Real Estate Services specialises in real estate software training and trust accounting services, and we are looking for another full-time, team member to join our friendly Benowa office. This is an office-based position.

About The Role

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside our experienced team to:

- Perform daily trust accounting functions for our real estate clients

- Deliver online software training

- Assist agencies with implementing and using real estate software

- Continue developing your knowledge across multiple leading real estate platforms

Don't worry if you've never delivered training before—we'll teach you everything you need to know!

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in Property Management, Sales Administration or Real Estate Trust Accounting.





- Experience using at least one real estate software platform such as Property Tree, Property Me, Console Cloud, REST Professional, Reapit or VaultRE

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Confidence using technology and learning new software

- A friendly, patient, and professional communication style
