We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Delivery Driver / Factory Hand to support our delivery, warehouse, and factory operations.

About The Role:

Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator this role combines customer-facing deliveries with warehouse and production support to ensure products are prepared, delivered, and handled to the highest standards.

- Drive company vehicles to deliver customer orders in line with planned delivery routes and schedules

- Load, secure, and unload products safely, ensuring all stock arrives in excellent condition

- Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery points and build strong customer relationships

- Complete all delivery paperwork accurately, including runsheets, PODs, and COD collections

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery

- Assist with warehouse and factory operations, including stock handling, quality checks, and production support where required

- Comply with WHS, EEO, and HACCP/Food Safety requirements

- Maintain a clean,



safe, and organized warehouse and factory environment

Core hours are (Additional overtime hours, will be required as need by the business):

Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:15pm

Friday 7:30am-2:15pm

About You:

Ideally you will have

- The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team

- Experience in similar role

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Valid Australian driver’s license

- Experience in similar role

- The ability to take direction whilst contributing positively to improvements

- Punctual reliable nature

- Problem solving skills

- A genuine desire to produce high quality results

- Strong written and oral communication skills
