- A professional attitude with clients and students
- Willingness to complete or already hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

- A supervisor or leading hand who enjoys mentoring apprentices
- An experienced technician looking for a more stable role
- A semi-retired tradesperson wanting to pass on your knowledge
- A trainer already working in VET or industry training
What PMV offers
- Supportive transition from trade to trainer
- Exposure to specialist technical training
- Modern training facilities
- Opportunity to work with experienced trainers
