We’re on the hunt for a Factory Technician to join our friendly crew in Albion Park. You’ll play a key role in helping manufacture metal flashings and sheetmetal products, supporting the team to deliver top-quality results on time, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting in the manufacture of flashings and sheetmetal products

- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders

- Operating and maintaining factory machinery (training provided)

- Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organised

- Working collaboratively to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For





We’re not after superheroes — just reliable people with a outstanding attitude and willingness to learn.

- Team player who’s reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

- Strong attention to detail and basic maths skills

- Physically capable and safety-conscious

- Forklift licence viewed favourably, but not essential

- Experience in a factory or sheetmetal environment a bonus
