Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse or an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Somerville, VIC on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to participants in both community healthcare settings and high-care environments. Responsibilities include participant care assistance, medication administration, wound care, and clinical progress monitoring.

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care across various healthcare settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor participant progress and report to Nurse Manager and NDIS Operations Manager
- Assist in participant assessments and care plan development.




- Offer emotional support to participants and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in nursing
- AHPRA Registration (if applicable)
- 2-3 years’ experience as Nurse
- Solid background in Wound Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective team player.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in community nursing preferred.
