The Opportunity This is a hands-on administrative role supporting our Talent and Mobility team with day-to-day onboarding, mobilisation and coordination tasks. If you are someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, is detailed-orientated, and likes to be organised, this is the position for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For:



Booking pre-employment medical assessments and coordinating resultsArranging criminal background checks and work rights checksScheduling client inductions for new startersCoordinating mobilisation travel and logistics for new and existing employeesTracking onboarding progress and following up outstanding requirementsEntering and maintaining accurate workforce data in HR systemsKeeping compliance tracking up to date against company and client requirementsRunning regular data checks to catch and correct errorsResponding to queries from candidates and external suppliers in a timely, professional manner What We’re Looking For Administration and coordination experience, ideally with HR, recruitment, or workforce support exposure. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office capability. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the learning agility to adapt and pivot as required. Ready to Join the Team?
