About the position
Our client is looking for a Dentist with a genuine interest in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligner therapy to join our clients’ team. You’ll provide high-quality general dentistry while developing your skills in aesthetic and elective treatments, supported by experienced clinicians, structured guidance and strong clinical governance.
This opportunity is ideal for a Dentist who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning, values long-term outcomes, and wants to build confidence in cosmetic workflows and aligner case management—from consult to monitoring and refinement.
Your scope may include
- Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and preventive care
- Restorative dentistry including composite fillings and indirect restorations
- Cosmetic dentistry such as whitening, veneers and smile design planning
- Crown and bridge work, including cosmetic rehabilitation cases
- Clear aligner assessments, treatment planning,
staging and case monitoring
- Minor surgical procedures and extractions (within your comfort zone)
- Dental emergencies and pain relief appointments
Key Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist (plus appropriate insurances)
- 2+ years’ experience in general dentistry
- Transparent interest and capability in cosmetic dentistry and aligner therapy
- Completion of, or current enrolment in, recognised aligner education (essential)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach to care
- Growth mindset and commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry
