We are looking for an experienced, patient focused Cardiac Sonographer to join us two days per week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday. The role offers exposure to a broad range of echocardiography, including inpatient, structural heart and TAVI procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform transthoracic echocardiogram with precision and attention to detail, including preparing patients for imaging
2. Conduct stress echocardiography
3.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality
4. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records
5. Communicate effectively with patients, cardiologists and administration
6. Adhere to medical imaging accreditation protocol and standards for compliance
7. Maintain a safe, clean work environment in line with infection control and workplace safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
1. Current ASAR Accredited Medical Sonographer
2. Recognised qualification in cardiac sonography
3. Minimum 12 months' post qualification scanning experience
4. Strong technical proficiency and commitment to producing high quality diagnostic images
5. Excellent communication skills and professionalism with patients and doctors
