FIFO Mining Opportunities | Boilermakers | Sandblasters | Trade Assistants | Extrusion Poly Welders

NDS Labour is currently seeking experienced tradespeople for multiple upcoming FIFO mining projects across Western Australia.

We have opportunities commencing from JULY 2026 on both 2:1 and 8:6 rosters, with dayshift and nightshift available depending on project requirements.

FIFO from Perth only.

Current Vacancies
Extrusion Poly Welders

- 3 x 2:1 Roster (Dayshift/Nightshift)

- 2 x 8:6 Roster

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year proven experience in Extrusion Poly Welding

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

- Extrusion Welding Ticket

- Butt Weld & Electrofusion Tickets

Sandblasters / Industrial Painters (4 Positions)

Requirements:

- Australian Working Rights

- White Card

- Working at Heights

- Confined Spaces

- High Risk Licences (LF, WP or Rigging) highly regarded

- Trade qualification preferred

- Previous mining or shutdown experience

Boilermakers

Requirements:

- Australian Working Rights

- Trade Certificate

- White Card

- Working at Heights

- Confined Spaces

- Ability to pass a Coded Weld Test

- LF, WP or Rigging tickets highly regarded

- Mining maintenance or shutdown experience

Trade Assistants

Requirements:

- Australian Working Rights

- White Card

- Working at Heights





- Confined Spaces

- LF, WP or Rigging tickets highly regarded

- Previous mining experience preferred

Essential Requirements

Successful applicants may be required to hold or obtain:

- Australian Working Rights

- White Card

- Current Driver's Licence

- Working at Heights (within 2 years)

- Confined Spaces (within 2 years)

- Instant or Lab DAS (within 28 days)

- RFT (within 12 months)

- Nationally Recognised Trade Certificate (where applicable)

- HRWL (Forklift, Telehandler or Overhead Crane licences highly regarded)

- KHG Rapid Induction (preferred)

- Karara Induction (preferred)
