Aftermarket Sales Consultant

Central Coast Automotive Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will play an important role in supporting revenue growth across our aftermarket division by assisting customers with quality products and solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend suitable aftermarket products and solutions

- Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions

- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly

- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activity

- Identify upselling opportunities to maximise value for the customer and the business

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, ideally within the automotive, aftermarket,



or retail sector

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build customer loyalty

- A customer-focused and proactive approach

- Confidence using sales systems and general computer applications

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to handle objections and resolve issues professionally

- A current driver's licence

- Automotive industry or aftermarket product knowledge will be highly regarded
