About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Production who is passionate about developing people, driving performance, and delivering high-quality operational outcomes.

This is a hands-on role within our Production Team, responsible for leading daily production activities, supporting team performance, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor and broader operations team to maintain productivity, foster a positive team culture, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support a team of Production Operators
• Drive daily production targets and packing schedules
• Coordinate workflow and team productivity
• Lead by example and foster a positive team culture
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and support
• Assist with training and onboarding of team members




• Support blending and pre-weigh operations as required
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting
• Champion safety, quality and GMP standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring

• Experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisory role
• Background in manufacturing, FMCG or food production
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Experience in food manufacturing or GMP environments (desirable)
• Forklift licence (desirable)
