Logistics Coordinator / Workshop Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our Rockhampton team. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring our tools, equipment, plant and vehicles are maintained, organised and ready to support our field crews.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our workshop, equipment and logistics, ensuring everything is serviced, compliant and ready for upcoming projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the workshop and storage areas

- Coordinating tools, equipment and plant for upcoming jobs

- Picking and packing equipment for service crews

- Cleaning, inspecting and maintaining company equipment

- Conducting client equipment inspections, servicing and minor repairs

- Maintaining accurate equipment and asset records

- Managing equipment onboarding, storage and disposal

- Researching and sourcing equipment and consumables

- Coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules

- Assisting with facility maintenance and workshop organisation





- Developing and improving workshop processes and procedures

- Recording, reporting and maintaining equipment databases

- Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects have everything required before mobilisation

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, workshop coordination or asset management

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Experience managing inventory, tools or plant and equipment

- Good computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams

- A commitment to workplace safety and equipment compliance

- Forklift Licence (highly regarded)

- Current Driver's Licence
