Your Day-to-Day

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties
- Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and rental arrears
- Ensure compliance with NSW Residential Tenancies legislation
- Prepare documentation for NCAT matters when required
- Deliver a high level of customer service and communication

About You




You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, stays organised under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Ideally you'll have:

- Experience in residential property management, or be an Assistant Property Manager ready for the next step
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies legislation (or the willingness to develop your knowledge)
- Experience using PropertyMe is advantageous but not essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
