Busy Bees is seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Lara. The role involves creating a protected, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Supporting daily routines, activities and supervision of children
- Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check for VIC
- Experience working as an educator within Australia is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, and alignment with Busy Bees values
