We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Horticulturist to join our team and learn the skills required to maintain and enhance commercial landscapes across Brisbane.

What You'll Be Doing

- Mowing and whipper snipping
- Hedging and pruning
- Weeding and mulching garden beds
- Planting and garden rejuvenation projects
- Learning plant identification and horticultural practices
- Assisting with irrigation maintenance and repairs
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Working as part of a team to keep sites looking their best
- Following safe work practices and maintaining a high standard of presentation

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Physically fit and happy to perform hands‑on work
- A genuine interest in plants, gardens, and the outdoor environment
- White Card
- Driver's licence and own transport highly regarded
- Previous gardening, landscaping, labouring, farming, nursery, or outdoor work experience is advantageous but not essential
