Job Description

Elysia Wellness Retreat is Australia’s leading wellness destination, offering tailored programmes and exceptional guest experiences. Our reservations team is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless booking process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Casual Reservations Agent to join our front‑office team. This role involves managing guest bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle phone and email inquiries professionally




- Process reservations accurately using booking systems
- Provide information about retreat packages and services
- Assist with guest requests and liaise with other departments

Qualifications

- Previous experience in reservations or hospitality (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid attention to detail and computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
