Seafood/Deli Department Leader

We’re looking for a hands-on people person who takes pride in quality, freshness and service and is ready to grow with our team.

What your role will include:

• Working at the fresh fish fillet & whole fish cabinet

• Setting up and packing down

• Product rotation and understanding, handling and presenting fresh fish (very important)

• Portioning, skinning and displaying fresh fish fillets (can be taught)

•Making sashimi packs (can be taught)

•Delivering outstanding customer service

• Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency

- Reliability and pride in your work

- Previous retail or food-handling experience is a plus
