We have an opportunity available for a Communications Senior Advisor to play a pivotal role that will be a critical part of the Bureau's Enterprise Bargaining Team. The Enterprise Bargaining Team has been set up as a taskforce to support the efficient and effective negotiation of the Bureau's new enterprise agreement. Within the parameters of the Public Sector Workplace Relations Policy 2026, the team will engage and consult with established forums across the Bureau to support the negotiation of a fair, affordable, sustainable and fit for purpose agreement which suits our unique operating setting.

As the Communications Senior Advisor Enterprise Bargaining, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a communications strategy to support the current enterprise bargaining round.



This is a strategic position that will be expected to attend all bargaining meetings and develop key communications messages, content and materials.

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in communications strategy development and implementation, excellent content production and editorial skills combined with an ability to work under time pressure to produce high quality communications materials, be a great team player and able to work effectively with stakeholders and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will possess exceptional judgement, be flexible and innovative, as well as have an outstanding ability to manage competing deadlines and diverse stakeholders.
