An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Program Planner / Scheduler to support a large-scale national transformation program. Working within a complex multi-stream workplace, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining integrated schedules, identifying dependencies and delivery risks, and providing the insights needed to support executive decision-making and program success.

Your Duties Will Include

Developing and maintaining integrated program schedules across multiple delivery streamsIdentifying critical path activities, dependencies, risks and schedule impactsCoordinating planning cycles, workshops and schedule updatesProviding schedule reporting,



delivery insights and performance analysisSupporting executive reporting and governance activitiesLeading planning capability uplift and promoting consistency across planning practices

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

Demonstrated experience in integrated planning and scheduling within complex programsStrong knowledge of dependency, risk and critical path managementExperience using enterprise scheduling tools such as MS Project or similarExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilitiesExperience working within government, transformation or large-scale delivery environments
