Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our Bendigo branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.
About The Role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key customers in the electrical sectorIdentify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned account portfolioProvide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyaltyManage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional mannerPrepare and deliver customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer needsCollaborate with internal teamsSupport branch operations and contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectivesBuild and nurture local relationships that strengthen our market presence and reputationParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
Strong customer service focus and positive communication skillsBasic numeracy and attention to detailTeam player with a proactive, solution-oriented approachPrevious retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus
