Casual Retail Assistant

An exciting opportunity for our Wembley store location. We are seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant Superstar!

Do you love supporting local artists? Love Home Decor, Jewellery, Candles and All Things Pretty?

About Your Role

- Greet Customers and provide exceptional customer service

- Manage in-store displays and merchandise with regular restocking

- Keep the store clean and tidy

- Liaise with Makers and Store Manager for stock levels

- Process over-the-counter transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude.

- Address customer queries and complaints, providing helpful solutions.

- Pricing and labelling stock

- Regular Stock takes

About Your Skills:

- Friendly Can-do Attitude

- Demonstrated experience in retail sales, while highly regarded,



is not essential

- Strong customer service skills

- BONUS: Visual Merchandising Experience

- Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment.

- Can work on your own and as part of a team

- Full Australian working rights required.

- Valid Drivers License

Must be available on Wednesday and Thursdays and occasional Weekends.
