About the Position

The Storeperson is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch of goods within our Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily distribution operations, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and verify incoming stock against delivery documentation.

Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.

Assist with the unloading of shipping containers as required.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock investigations and reconciliations.

Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts.

Assist with customer enquiries and order processing.

Ensure warehouse equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, organised and safe condition.

Adhere to all Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies, procedures and best practices.

Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and customer service.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must possess, or be actively working towards obtaining:

Forklift Licence (LF)

Current Western Australian Driver's Licence

Desirable

The following qualifications and experience are not essential but will be highly regarded:

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution.

Certificate II or higher qualification in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain Operations.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
