Description
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and inventory operations.
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, along with driving continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management
Profile
To be successful in the role you should have:
- A strong background in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management
- Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges..
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance.
- Proficiency in using software and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Job Offer
