A newly established Australian Government agency is expanding its People and Culture team and is seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors to help establish its talent acquisition function.

The Opportunity

This is a 3–6 month labour hire opportunity to support recruitment activities during an exciting period of growth. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the People team to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes while helping establish recruitment processes that support the agency into the future.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, building relationships and delivering a positive candidate experience.

The Role

You will coordinate recruitment activities and provide advice to managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate end-to-end APS recruitment processes
- Prepare recruitment documentation and advertising
- Liaise with hiring managers and candidates
- Coordinate selection activities and onboarding
- Ensure recruitment complies with APS legislation and policy




- Contribute to improving recruitment processes

The Ideal Person

You will have previous APS recruitment experience and a sound understanding of merit-based recruitment principles.

You are organised, customer-focused and able to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of service.

You enjoy working collaboratively and are motivated by helping build a new organisation through attracting quality people.

Salary / Rate

- $55/hr – $75/hr + Super
- 3 – 6 Month Labour Hire contract
- Immediate start on offer
