We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our dedicated team at My Little Feet Pimlico and My Little Feet Aitkenvale. A leading provider of childcare services in Pimlico and Aitkenvale QLD. As a part-time Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and development of the children in our care.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that support the physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs of children
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Cultivating strong relationships with families, collaborating to support each child's individual needs and goals
- Actively participating in continuous improvement and career development initiatives
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Early Childhood or working toward
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead Educator or similar supervisory role within the childcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a commitment to mentoring and developing Educators
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and all relevant regulations and standards
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (or the ability to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
