We are currently seeking experienced Jewellery Sales Assistants for our Joondalup and Karrinyup stores.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery items that meet their needs and preferences

- Provide detailed information about our jewellery collections, including materials, styles, and features

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with our custom order process

- Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment

- Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets

- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Follow company policies regarding security, safety, and ethical practices.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including professional email and message etiquette





- Robust product knowledge and the ability to advise customers

- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including Thursday evenings and weekends

- Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the business

- Ability to bend and lift lightweight items (<3kg) at or above shoulder height

- Your own vehicle or other reliable transport to and from work

- Flexibility to work between stores if required
