Full‑time | High‑volume shutdowns | Hands‑on leadership role

KingKira Group is continuing to expand our mobilisation capability across major Tier 1 clients, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to lead our fast‑paced mobilisation function. This role suits someone who thrives in high volume, deadline‑driven environments and enjoys being both hands‑on and a steady leader for the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead mobilisation operations - Oversee high‑volume shutdown mobilisation across multiple clients and sites
- Hands‑on coordination - Personally manage complex or urgent mobilisations while guiding the team
- Team leadership - Mentor, support, and direct mobilisation coordinators to meet daily priorities
- Compliance collaboration - Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all workers meet site‑specific medical, training, and onboarding requirements
- Stakeholder engagement - Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Process improvement - Identify gaps and implement practical solutions to streamline mobilisation workflows




- Reporting & workforce visibility - Provide clear updates on workforce readiness, shutdown progress, and mobilisation risks

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Demonstrated experience in high‑volume mobilisation, ideally within mining, shutdowns, or labour hire
- Experience mobilising with clients such as Rio Tinto, FMG, MRL, Roy Hill and BHP
- Strong capability to lead a team in a quick‑paced, operational environment
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Solid understanding of mobilisation compliance, medicals, VOCs, inductions, and site‑specific requirements
- Experience with mobilisation or HR systems (e.g., Employment Hero, INX, SuccessFactors) highly regarded
- Willingness to work on a rotating 'on-call' four-week roster
