About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our Heavy-Duty Maintenance team on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth, working across both day and night shifts.

Reporting to the Maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of our mobile plant fleet by ensuring all tyre and wheel components are inspected, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, diagnose, and assess tyre, rim, and wheel conditions on heavy mining equipment
- Remove, fit, repair, and replace tyres, rims, and wheel assemblies
- Conduct tyre pressure monitoring, adjustments, and reporting
- Complete pre-start inspections and identify defects or potential risks
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using site systems
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site safety procedures and industry best practices
- Contribute to a positive and safety-focused team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential Requirements





- Certificate II in Tyre Fitting
- Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter within mining, civil, or heavy equipment environments
- Strong understanding of tyre maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to work effectively within a remote FIFO environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
