PERSOL has partnered with a leading WA commercial landscaping company seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead multiple commercial landscape maintenance teams across the Perth metropolitan area.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building client relationships and delivering high-quality maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites.

About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of commercial landscape maintenance operations. You'll coordinate crews, manage schedules, maintain client relationships and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities





- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews.
- Plan and coordinate daily and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Monitor project costs and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Support training, mentoring and performance development.

What would make you successful?

- Leadership experience in a commercial landscape environment.
- Sound knowledge of horticulture, irrigation and landscape maintenance.
- Experience scheduling staff and managing multiple sites.
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or similar) highly regarded.
- Current White Card and Manual Driver's Licence.
