About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining export coordination, customer service, sales support, and general administration. Working closely with the Director and Sales Team, you'll coordinate export shipments from order through to dispatch while supporting customers and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipments from order through to dispatch.
- Prepare and check export and shipping documentation.
- Manage Wine Australia export approvals and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with customers, wineries, freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Support the Sales Team with customer enquiries, sample coordination and contract administration.
- Deliver professional and timely customer service.
- Assist with general office administration and business support.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in export coordination, logistics, customer service or sales support will be highly regarded.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with export systems is an advantage.
- Wine or international trade exposure is a bonus.
- Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
