Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday-Friday, 6:30 am – 6.30pm

Pay: $42.88- $48.29 per hour + Casual Loading + Benefits

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented skilled, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

You’ll Achieve This By

Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre teamEngaging and supervising the children at all timesMaintaining a safe environment for children, families and team membersBuilding and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and familiesComplying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and proceduresSupporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

You’ll Need





Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current QLD Working with Children Check Flexible availability between Monday-Friday
