What is the Regulatory Operations - Temporary Employment Register?
The Regulatory Operations - Temporary Employment Register provides an opportunity for potential applicants to register a general expression of interest for employment with TEQSA, working in the Regulatory Operations area.
The register enables TEQSA to access appropriately skilled and experienced applicants at short notice for temporary (non-ongoing) employment in Regulatory Operations.
What is Regulatory Operations?
TEQSA’s Regulatory Operations leads the work of managing the assessment of applications for registration and course accreditation, as well as compliance and risk assessment activities. Roles in each team involve working collaboratively on case management, liaising with higher education providers, and presenting assessment findings to the TEQSA Commission for regulatory decisions.

Eligibility
Eligibility
To be eligible for employment with TEQSA, applicants must be Australian citizens, and if successful, must also undergo and satisfy an Australian National Police Check and be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) clearance to Baseline status, supported by TEQSA.
On commencement,
the successful candidate will be required to disclose details of any material personal interests in connection with their employment at TEQSA via a Declaration of Interest form and seek approval to undertake any outside employment (paid or unpaid) via an Outside Employment application.
