About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer/Specialist with strong Cisco routing, switching and ACI expertise to support a major network transformation project.
This is a hands-on engagement focused on planning and delivering the migration from a traditional routed network to a modern Cisco ACI environment. You'll play a key role in documenting the current environment, designing the target state, and developing a structured migration and cutover approach.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
- Assessing and documenting the current network environment
- Producing target-state network architecture and design documentation
- Developing migration and cutover plans for the transition to a Cisco ACI environment
- Supporting the migration from traditional routed and switched networks to Cisco ACI
- Collaborating with infrastructure and project teams to minimise operational risk during implementation
- Providing technical guidance throughout planning, migration and deployment activities
- Ensuring network solutions align with security, operational and business requirements
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies
- Proven experience designing or implementing Cisco ACI solutions
- Experience planning and delivering network migration projects
- Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture and best practices
- Experience producing high-quality technical and migration documentation
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders
