Summary:

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and execution of our compliance technology and digital learning products. Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this role focuses on building scalable, subscription‑based SaaS products used by regulated organisations across Australia and international markets, with clear accountability for customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify user needs and trends in the education sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and beyond.
- Gather and analyse feedback from users to inform product improvements.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications and user guides.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and promotion.
- Monitor product performance and implement strategies for optimisation.

Preferred:





- Experience designing products that operate across different customer types, markets and regulatory environments
- Experience in SaaS, platforms, integrations or subscription-based products
- Ability to work across complex learning or content-driven environments (e.g., LMS, eLearning, platforms or subscriptions)
- Experience working to OKRs and understanding how product decisions drive growth, adoption and profitability
- Experience in compliance, risk, governance, HR tech, RegTech, fintech or eLearning

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes.
