As Queensland's only high-temperature hazardous waste treatment facility, they continue to grow and are now looking for reliable, hands-on Workshop Trade Assistants to join their maintenance team in Willawong.

- Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
- $37.64 per hour

Your day will include:
- Assisting with maintenance and repairs on heavy fixed plant equipment
- Repairing and maintaining medical waste bins
- Carrying out basic mechanical servicing and repairs
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assisting with light fabrication and welding duties (MIG & Stick welding experience is an advantage)
- Helping keep the workshop running efficiently and equipment operating at its best
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Trade Assistant or in a similar mechanical/workshop environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Proof of 2 COVID vaccinations (essential)
- Reliable transport and a robust commitment to workplace safety
