full time Kebab Shop Team Member / All-Rounder

Location: Gold Coast, QLD

Salary: A$80,000 – A$85,000 per year

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Kebab Shop Team Member / All-Rounder to join our busy and growing team on the Gold Coast.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of A$80,000 to A$85,000, depending on experience and skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve kebabs, marinade chicken wraps, snack packs, burgers, and fish and chips burritos gravy loaded and other menu items.

- Slice and prepare meats using commercial kebab equipment.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.

- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.

- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory management.

- Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.





- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a kebab shop, takeaway, fast food, or commercial kitchen is preferred.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
