We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Branch Leader to lead our Horsham branch and drive operational excellence, team performance, and outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

As Branch Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership and performance of the Horsham branch. You will ensure efficient operations, exceptional customer service, and a safe and productive work environment while supporting business growth and team success.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day branch activities.

- Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional branch operations.

- Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation.

- Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure branch presentation, stock management, and operational standards are maintained.

Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

- Oversee customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and service requests.

- Build robust relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.

- Support the resolution of customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Foster a customer-focused culture across the team.

Team Leadership

- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members.

- Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of employees.

- Set clear expectations and promote high performance.

- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Business Performance

- Support the achievement of branch sales and service objectives.





- Identify opportunities to grow customer engagement and market presence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in a leadership, supervisor, branch management, retail management, or service management role.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Sound computer skills and confidence using business systems.

- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.

- Experience in retail, healthcare, equipment hire, mobility, or service industries will be highly regarded.
