Urbanscape Property Maintenance is a rapidly growing Sunshine Coast company providing professional landscaping, caretaking and property maintenance services across commercial, strata and residential properties.
We're looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys a role where no two days are the same.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position working across a portfolio of commercial and strata properties.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Garden maintenance
- Hedging and pruning
- Weed control
- Mulching and planting
- Pressure washing
- Rubbish removal and site clean-ups
- General property maintenance
- Basic handyman and repair work
- Preventative maintenance
- Caretaking duties including:
- Vacuuming common areas
- Mopping and general cleaning
- Bin management
- Maintaining presentation standards across shared facilities
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment and power tools
Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in presenting properties to a high standard.
Growth Opportunities

- Air conditioning cleaning and sanitising

- Specialist cleaning services
- Preventative maintenance programs

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in landscaping,
property maintenance or commercial caretaking
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
- Is willing to learn new skills and grow with the business
- Has positive communication skills and represents the business professionally when interacting with clients and residents
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- White Card
- Previous experience in landscaping or property maintenance
- Full Australian working rights

- MR Licence
- Trailer towing experience
- Chainsaw ticket
- ACDC Chemical Certificate
- Irrigation experience
- Pressure cleaning experience
- Experience in commercial cleaning or strata caretaking
