ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on person to join our Edmonton team in a full-time Hardware Sales role.

You’ll help trade and retail customers with sales, orders, quotes and product advice – giving the right solutions for their needs to DIY projects.

Hardware or building industry experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

- Providing exemplary customer service
- Preparing customer sales, orders and quotes
- Picking, packing and loading orders
- Participating in regular product training
- Keeping stock, displays and work areas protected, clean and well organised

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Great customer service skills
- A hands-on,



can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- A focus on safety and teamwork
- Interest in learning about hardware and building products
- A forklift licence would be handy, but is not required
