Key Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scheduling and rostering Support Workers ensuring consistent and quality service provision to customers
- Arranging client services in accordance to care plans and across multiple programs (VHC, DVA, CHSP, IHP, TCC and Support at Home)
- Providing clear communication to support staff providing customer services
- Upholding meaningful, professional relationships with consumers, carers, families and external stakeholders
- Liaising with relevant health care professionals and other services to support co-ordination of care for the consumer
- Maintaining the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering
To be successful in the role, you will be a well-presented, highly empathetic and compassionate person who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
In addition, you will possess:
- 2 years previous scheduling experience in a community health setting
- Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues
- Demonstrated administration skills with the ability to multi task in a quick-paced and changing environment
- High level computer literacy (MS Office applications and CMS; preferably Alayacare)
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills for prioritising your own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and also within a collaborative scheduling team
- Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace new technology solutions
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
