Richmond Rolling Solutions is a family owned business and has been in operation for over 65 years. We have multiple branches across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has come up to be a part of our Richmond Wingfield store.

As a part of the Wingfield team, you will report to the Regional and Operations Manager and carry out daily duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you need to have worked in a role within a Retail and Customer Service environment, dealing with customers face to face, answering phones and email, whilst being able to deliver high quality customer service, at all times.

We are seeking a candidate with strong team ethic, who will work with existing staff on making improvements in the Sales area.

The Ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office suite and company software).

- Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.

- Quick learner with strong initiative.

- Accurate with good attention to detail.





- Capable of handling heavy objects (in excess of 15kg).

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

- Qualified phone manner and customer relation skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

- Current driver’s license and Forklift license (Forklift license not essential).

- Wants to learn and willing to cover all aspects of Customer Service.

- All rounder (not afraid to get your hands dirty).

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.

- Helping the team in replying to emails, whilst processing orders.

- Managing walk in customers, whilst assisting with re-stocking showroom floor.

- Regular stock cycle counts.

- Building and assembling stock items for customer and display.

- Safe workplace practices with warehouse staff.

- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

- Liaise with the Retail and Operations Manager keeping them up to date with developments in their areas.
