A fantastic opportunity is available to work with our great team in a rapidly growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment in Melbourne. Using your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills you will work with our friendly and dedicated team to provide a professional support service to our students.

Trainers/Assessors -

MSF30322 Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology

CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying

CPC31020 Certificate III in Solid Plastering

CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction

ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology

CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services

CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management

BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management

SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management

You must have Australian vocational qualifications, at least to the level or above and in addition to this you must hold one of the following credentials

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:

- either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and

- either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B

Minimum Skills & Experience:





- Able to work independently and autonomously in a rapid-paced environment.

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, decision making and negotiation skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously

- Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's 2015, National Code 2018, NVR requirements and ESOS Act 2000

- Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.

- Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.

- Ensure professional development is continuously maintained

- Result-focused individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs

- 1 year of relevant work experience
