The Role

Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building robust relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities across your allocated areas
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site
- Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on schedule
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance
- Monitor progress and proactively manage site issues and risks
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
- Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress tracking




- Work closely with the wider project team to achieve key milestones

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects
- Experience working on large-scale builds, ideally $70m+
- Health Project experience would be preferable
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery
- Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, organised and solutions focused
